What is an offline masterclass?
Generally offline masterclass is a demo or hands-on workshop, where you join the group of like-minded people and take part or fully create your desserts under the supervision of the chef.
If this is demo class, can
I take part in making desserts?
Depending on the circumstances the chef may ask the volunteers to assist in different tasks of making the dessert. Generally the chef always welcomes the active volunteers.
When the class is a hands-on, will every participant make every dessert by his own?
No. The hands-on class means that every student works on one of the components of the multi-layered desserts, where the everyone's effort will affect the overall mutual result. Nevertheless the chef will make sure you try multiple techniques and involved in all possible activities.
Will I be able to take the recipes and desserts made over the class home?
All the recipes will be given to you after the class. As for the desserts made over the workshop, in most cases you can take them home though it is highly recommended to try them in the end of the class.
What will you recommend, offline workshop or online class?
It all depends on personal taste and what results you are looking to achieve. Both, offline and online courses have pros and cons, so decide what fits you best and sign up!
